We reserve the right to exclude stories/memories/photographs submitted by you (the Content) if we feel in our sole discretion that the Content has the potential to cause offence, or for any reason whatsoever. The views expressed in the Content section of the Website are not necessarily the views of The Staging House Ltd, SAMA82, the MOD or any of the individuals or organisations involved with the site. We reserve the right to use any Content in locations other than solely on the Memories / Stories / Photos page on the Website. Submission of your Content is taken as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

You warrant that you own or have the necessary licences, consent, rights and permissions to use, and authorise us to use, all intellectual property and other rights in the Content on the Website and that you have the written consent of each and every identifiable individual person in the Content to use the name and likeness of such person.

You shall retain all ownership rights in your Content but you provide us with a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable licence to use, distribute and copy the Content in any media. However, you may ask us to remove Content from the Website. You shall not submit Content that is subject to any third party rights or which is defamatory, unlawful, obscene, libellous, threatening, pornographic, harassing or in any way offensive. We expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with, and arising from, the Content.
